With over 18 years of work experience in the international insurance markets, Lavanya Mamidanna, MBA FIII heads the business development team in BBM. She is responsible for identifying rising business opportunities, building long-term relationships with business prospects/affiliates and has been working with BBM since 2008.

Sam Carter MBA, Cert CII is an expert risk strategist and designer of risk transfer programs which deliver overall value to the entity and international best-practice. Having over 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, His career started in the London market in 1997 and has been an asset to BBM since 2009.

Alka Sudhakaran, MIB, ACII is the Retail Director of BBM and heads the Employee Benefits (EB) Team. She is responsible for implementing and delivering bespoke schemes and service offerings across the wide portfolio of BBM’s EB department. She has been working with BBM since 2007 and has over 16 years of experience in the international insurance markets.

K.S. Krishnan, M.Com, AIII is the head of BBM’s broking department. He has been directly responsible for some of the largest insurance programmes in the UAE and has over 36 years of experience in the international insurance market with 25 years of experience in the GCC.
