Hamida Kharfi, Cert CII is the senior manager of BBM’s Business development department. She manages and develops new and existing business channels and has been working with BBM since 2009. Specializing in government contracts, Hamida heads the government solutions group, catering to clients with administrative roles.

Osaima Nazzal, Cert CII, MBA has over 15 years of experience in the UAE Insurance Industry. She joined BBM in 2009 and is now the senior manager on the service side of BBM’s Employee Benefits Department. Osaima monitors the performance of each department supervising the line managers of the EB department, Service operations, Claims & CRM ensuring they are within the line of schedules/ goals designed to achieve the results.sults.

Tapas Mandal, B.Tech, is a Senior Manager in BBM and is heading the broking- general lines department, handling the servicing of all non-Health insurance business (excluding Retail lines), policy placements for corporates and Claims support. He has over 33 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been with BBM since 2020.

Mahesh Chittral, BBA, has been working with BBM since 2019 and has over a decade of experience in the insurance market. He heads the motor insurance division and manages both individual as well as motor fleet policies.

Kruthika Hathwar, Cert CII, has over 11 years of experience in the Medical Insurance market. She handles claims analysis, organizes client-oriented wellness sessions, and ensures that the SLA’s, TATs agreed during placement are met. She is currently leading the CRM and Medical Broking department and has been working with BBM since 2017.

Dr. Reshmi Sujil, BHMS, Cert CII, joined BBM in 2015 and is now leading the Claims Team of the Employee Benefits Department. She handles end-to-end client servicing – claim requests, coordinating with Insurers and TPAs, and extends to liaise Emergency Air Evacuation and Direct Billing Support outside the UAE.
